  Using WNLB or HNLB? Check out this post, it will show you how to use Windows NLB
  
  It’s using Windows Server 2008, but NLB hasn’t changed since.

Thanks Kelsey,

I have read your docs and they are really very helpful and also the topology for HA is good. However I am looking to have HA across different locations.

  Send me an email with the details, but basically, you want to ensure that you have good bandwidth between the data centers and use a hardware (F5) NLB.

What about: How to remove exchange 2003 or 2007 from your environment after the migration is complete?
