New Look and Functionality for the Office 365 Portal Home Page

I tweeted about this already, but I am really loving the new Office 365 Portal Site. Not only does it look great, but now when I enter my federated credentials for my single sign-on clients, I am automatically redirected to the ADFS server. It’s also functionally easier to sign in from portable devices, while on the go. There is no more hitting the ‘sign in at’ link and wait to be redirected to the ADFS servers. This is a really simple time saver that my clients have been wanting for a long time.

It’s a nice clean layout that looks great from my 15″ laptop, 24″ desktop and my mobile phone.

Once I enter my federated credentials for my Office 365 user, you will notice that you are automatically redirected for sign on to your internal ADFS server or the external facing ADFS Proxy server; depending on where you are.
