Privacy Relationship for a Lync 2010 Contact

With all the concerns, these days, with online privacy you don’t want to give out too much information. Microsoft Lync does a great job at linking us all together, but there are sometimes when you don’t want to share certain information about yourself with others. Lync allows you to customize what information is shared with other contacts with a few mouse clicks.

Change the privacy relationship of a contact:

  1. Right-click a the contact

  2. Click Change Privacy Relationship

  3. Change the Privacy Relationship

  4. By default, Lync will assign the relationship.
